How much does a staircase cost?
It depends on the model and materials you choose. Our Faux Cantilever starts at £9,999.00, with final pricing based on design, finish and installation.
No – our Faux Cantilever and Faux Cantilever+ models are specifically designed to avoid the need for structural walls.
Most installations take 1-2 days, but this all depends on the scope of your project. If you’re ordering a supply-only kit, we’ll provide clear guidance for your installer.

We specialise in floating staircases, including our Faux Cantilever and Faux Cantilever+ models, as well as spiral staircases, staircase renovations and engineered wood flooring. We also supply matching balustrades, handrails and accessories like lighting to complete the look.
Our Faux Cantilever models are significantly more cost-effective than traditional floating staircases. While Checkatrade reported in 2025 that floating staircases in the UK typically cost between £20,000 and £80,000 – with an average around £50,000. We’ve designed our system to avoid the costly structural wall work often required for true cantilever builds.
All of our staircases are made to order and tailored to your space. The Faux Cantilever model allows for more design flexibility, while the Faux Cantilever+ offers a simplified, more cost-effective system. Both can be customised in terms of materials, layout and finish.
Yes. While we mainly supply staircases nationwide, we also offer a full installation service in selected areas. If you already have a trusted local builder, our floating staircase kits are designed to be easy to install with clear instructions and support available.
Yes. Our staircases are designed for supply-only and come with everything your installer needs, including clear technical drawings and fixings. If you don’t have a builder, we also offer a full installation service in selected areas of the UK.
Yes. We offer partial renovations for homeowners who want to update specific elements, like the handrail, balustrade or tread finish – without touching the structure of the staircase.
Once your design is confirmed, production usually takes 4–6 weeks. Installation (if required) typically takes 1–2 days, depending on the complexity of the project. We’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
Yes. We can either source tread materials to match your existing flooring or supply engineered wood flooring that pairs perfectly with your new staircase treads. If you’re starting from scratch, we can also provide both the staircase and matching flooring for a seamless, consistent look throughout your space.
